June 2018

Wayne and the girls enjoying a night at our wards Daddy Daughter Date.  They looked forward to it for weeks.  They are so lucky to have the best dad on the planet.

Jaymi was so excited to attend her second year at Camp Tracy with her activity days group.  She had so much fun and was so excited to go the second day without me.  Her leaders are the cutest and the other girls are so sweet to her.

United Angels Foundation Angel walk was fun as always.

Jaymi and her cute friend Mia from school.  They are the sweetest friends!

Bryn's gymnastics team did a Fun Run and although I have a few pictures of her running, she walked 95% of it.  She had her first TOPS testing that day so I didn't push her to run more.  She was having too much fun chatting with her buddy.  Jaymi was awesome and ran most of it too.

Bryn did great at her first testing.  I am always amazed at what she can do and the progress she makes so quickly.  Most of all I love watching her and her teammates cheer each other on.

Jaymi and her daddy having a snuggle shesh.

Bryn finishing her dinner after gym.

The girls have been taking swim lessons from our friend Kali and they have been loving it!  She is amazing with them and they are both getting better each day.  They also love that they get to see their buddy Jordan!

Fun at the splash pad for Gabri's birthday party.

Bryn loved this huge heart shaped strawberry we found in our batch.

Little sis was pretty sad about the rip she got during TOPS practice one day but toughened up and stuck it our for another 4 hours of level 4 practice after.

Kaelyn actually hungout for about an hour during gym so we could watch Bryn for a bit.  At the old gym she would run for the hills the minute we went inside.

Swimming with one of her besties Scarlett

The girls and I watched Oakley's boys one morning and they were loving it.

Jaymi got to spend sometime at the neighbors while I went to a Relief Society activity and of course they had to snap some selfies.

We let dad sleep in on fathers day and came downstairs to make him a yummy breakfast and banner.  He even ran through it at the end of the night.

Jaymi and Kaelyn doing sister time on the tramp.

Kaelyn had her most epic birthday party yet!  We had about 30 friends and family join us for an evening at the park.  She was all business going up and down the play, getting kids to spin her on the spin toys and listening to the music on this game thing.  Of course we had to document another year of her with her fellow 9 year old friend Oakley.  The tallest and the smallest.  I wonder if at one point she will got up to his knees?

We made a weekend getaway trip down the Bryce Canyon and St. George with Aunt Christ and Uncle Mike.  It was pretty hot but we enjoyed our time in the shade and pool.

The girls loved gathering gypsum rocks at "Glitter Mountain"

Bryn posing like a manakin during our shopping trip.

Waynes brother and sister in law Cameron and Julie happened to be in St. George the same day so we met up for ice cream.  The girls were loving on their cute cousin Dawson.

For the drive down we took Wayne's new car and had to put a pillow between Kaelyn and Jaymi so Kaelyn wouldn't pull Jaymis hair.  It worked for the most part but she found her way around it a few times.  Thankfully Jaymi is very forgiving and patient with her when she is being a little stinker.

We went to our first Tuacahn Play, Cinderella. The venue is amazing and the girls enjoyed the play.

More swimming.  We are trying to get more use out of all the pools in our neighborhood this summer.  Kaelyn lasts about 30 minutes in the water and then she wants to dry off and listen to her tunes while her sisters keep swimming.

Bryn had her year end gymnastics banquet.  This is her with her cute little buddies Penny and Maddie.  I love the friendships she gets to make at gym.

The whole Level 3 Squad and their coaches

Kaelyn fell asleep one night listening to her tunes.  This girl and her silly sleeping positions.

Wayne and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary up at Sundance where we went to lunch and then did some shopping at the outlets in Lehi.  Its amazing all the "adventures" we have been on in just 13 years.  Makes me wonder whats in store for the next 13!

Jaymi and I caught the local carnival with our friends the Newtons.  I love Benny's face in this picture.  He was really having a blast on that ride.

A picture from school with one of the Riverton High football players.  I love that the local high schools come in to work with the kids in Kaelyn's school.  Such a great opportunity for everyone.

I told Wayne to send me proof that he worked out in the hotel gym on his business trip.  He had been super dedicated in getting to the gym and rehabbing his knee!

One of Kaelyns new favorite pastimes is sitting in the front seat and honking the horns.

Bryn's dance team pictures turned out super cute.  I'm so sad she won't be able to return to this studio because her gymnastics schedule is just too crazy but we are both glad her last costume was so beautiful!

More gymnastics meets for Bryn

We met Dad for lunch and Bryn went to work with him for the rest of the day.  Can't beat unlimited shows and treats!

The girls did great at their end of year school performances.

Bryn did awesome competing in her first State Meet.  She had a lot of fun finishing up the year with her cute teammates and of course adding to her medal collection.

One day we were watching Hudson and he was just chilling on stairs for like 20 minutes.

Kaelyn somehow pulled down her tent bed and escaped one night.  She went all the way down to the basement to play with her toys.  Sill girl!

Kaelyn watching her show in a new spot.

We went out to Grandma and Grandpa Rasmussens for Memorial day.  The girls have a blast playing with cousins and we hardly see them the whole weekend.

Mckinley was dying to have her hair braided in tiny braids and finally towards the end of the night we all rallied to get it done.

I knew the minute Bryn saw them she would want them too and I was spot on.

Kaelyn stole Bryn's Doll and was trying to do her hair on our trip out to Neola.  We love when she plays with something besides her music toys.

The girls at Grandma Ruth's grave.

Our little Bryn graduated from Kindergarten and it just about killed me.  I can't stand how fast she is growing up, but she is just loving it!  She has had a great year and loved her teacher Mrs. Peterson and all the cute new friends she has made.

We had some friends over for a playdate after school and had to hit up swirly girls for their $1 ice cream cones.

Jaymi did awesome at her first Special Olympics swim meet.  She won both races she was in.

Bryn's cheering crowd at her ballet recital

Jaymi asking for a picture of her with her baby.  I love how much she loves her little doll and how proud she is that she has Down syndrome like her.

Bryn and her baby Kaelyn

Kaelyn enjoying the sun while she rocks out to her tunes.

Team Baby Mama's at Peytons wedding reception.

Look how thick Bryn's hair looks with this due.

Kaelyns teacher sent these pictures of her at the black light party they had in the sensory room.
