March 2020 is one for the books. Like literally it will be in the History books. It started out like any other month and before we knew it the whole country is practically such down due to the Novel Coronavirus, COVID-19. Schools such down, restaurants closed, most people working from home. We have been very blessed to be healthy and have everything we need at home to continue the girls school work, work from home and get our groceries picked up so we haven't had to go into stores. We are being extra careful as the virus can be really hard on those with heart and lung issues so we are extra careful with Kaelyn.
The girls did an online art lesson and this is Bryn's little Easter Bunny.
Almost everyday Kaelyn asks for a car ride so on one of them they ended up at the ridge and Wayne talked Bryn into doing a backflip off a big rock.
Before school was cancelled, Jaymi's aide at school sent me this picture of her playing basketball out on the playground. She said when ever Jaymi gets the ball everyone gives her space to shoot.
Little man trying to bust out of the crib one morning.
He is using this time to work on his crawling. So far he is only going backwards.
Alek spotted the volleyball and was trying so hard to get to them.
Kaelyn loves following Cohen around too.
Testing out Alek's new Otteroo for the bath tub. He was splashing around like a crazy person.
Jaymi was so happy to have the Nelson over for her actual birthday.
With the gyms closed Wayne had to figure out how to make my dinky little weights work for him.
His favorite sitting position.
He also likes to get stuck under the couch whenever he can.
Give me all the bacon!!
Oaks and I stocking up to hunker down for the next few weeks. My cart was mostly full of supplies for the refugees but we were happy to find some toilet paper as it was flying off the shelves.
Soaking in some sunshine
Another Utah meet before they cancelled all sporting events the following week.
Finally learned how to make my friend Kathryn's delicious Acai bowl. They will be a staple from here on out!
Thank goodness the outbreak didn't come before Jaymi was able to have the birthday party she had been planning for the past year! She was so excited she started watching for her friends almost an hour before it started. This years theme was an American Girl Doll unicorn tea party. So they watched an American girl doll movie and had sprite in tea cups with their cake and ice cream.
Jaymi trying to cheer up the little brother
Kaelyn showing Alek how to maximize the music toys.
Bryn was our school teacher one afternoon. Wayne and I got lots of negative check marks.
Kaelyn offering her hair to Alek to tug on.
Bryn's home gym workout all written up and ready to go.
Bryn is sure lucky to have a sister to workout with her while the gym is closed. One of the saddest parts for us is that Bryn's gym season was cancelled, but luckily she got to have one meet and she did so well!
When the weather is nice we are sure to get out on lots of walks and bike rides to keep the cabin fever at bay.
Handsome little man after his bathtime.
Everyone gathered around doing their business and school work.
Jaymi was so bummed when she found out the Disney Cruise we were going on in April was not happening anymore.
One last time at the park before they all ended up closing. Aleks first time on the merry-go-round.
Bryn's team is doing zoom meet-ups the days they have gym and its been so fun for her to see the girls and her coaches. Each day is a different theme that they dress up for.
Fancy Friday

To celebrate World Down Syndrome Day we chalked the block. Sad we were able to get together with all our buddies this year.
Bryn taught a cute church lesson to her stuffed animals and dolls.
We have been trying to get to the temple on a walk once a week.
For one of her goals, Bryn said she wanted to go to the temple each week and say a prayer.
Before the total lockdown we had the Nelsons over for dinner and to meet their new puppy Winston. Kaelyn was a BIG fan and followed him around all night.
Little guy doing a bit of light reading during quarantine.
What recess looks like outside my bedroom window. So grateful for this house and yard during this time!

We were able to FaceTime with Grandma and Grandpa Bonner in Philly and they taught us for our church lesson. They shared stories about how their prayers were answered when they were young.
All dressed up for church at home.
We borrowed our friends bucket bike to get Kaelyn out of the house. She was thrilled!
We had to go test drive it at the church parking lot to make sure I could handle it.
Bryn saying her weekly prayer at the temple.
Kaelyn demands we leave the house at least a couple times a day. This time she and I got out for a walk around the lake.
Bryn's gym team zoom call theme was Minnie Mouse Monday.
