Bryn using her older sister for a pillow, apparently Kaelyn wasn't too excited about it...
Luckily Bryn didn't mind taking a beating for a comfy seat.
Bryn on one of her Daddy Daughter ski trips.
Our neighborhood did a big Easter Egg hunt and had the Easter bunny. The girls had a lot of fun and giving him hugs and telling him thanks for the eggs.
This is the first year I got it together and did Easter baskets for the family. We started a tradition that the Easter Bunny hides their baskets somewhere in the house and they have to find it and play hot cold if they can't.
Easter was on Conference Sunday this year so it as nice to be able to stay home and enjoy the messages. When the Mormon Tabernacle choir sings she climbs up for front row seats.
One of our Spring conference traditions is to make Easter Bunny cinnamon rolls.
I also did the girls hair in fun little do's while we were watching conference.
Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Bonners for Easter dinner and an Egg Hunt. Kaelyn and her favorite person in this world, Grandma Amy. They have such a sweet little bond.
Dad went to Detroit for work and brought the girls home some fun hockey shirts.
I got to take Jaymi to the Moms and Donuts at school one morning at her school. She is always so excited when I come to her school, she makes me feel pretty good.
Kaelyn has been spending lots of time at her buddy Blakes house while I got to the gym, Sarah has her doing all sorts of montessori activities.
The girls and I took a walk to the lake to have a picnic lunch and feed the ducks. The weather turned pretty nasty on us, but we had fun anyway.
My little shopping friend. When we got the store she said, "Mom, pretend I'm you Mom-Friend, okay?" Sure Bryn, I would love that.
Bryn and our cute buddy Eddie at a little Down Syndrome play date.
I played with some friends in a volleyball tournament up in Jackson Hole. We had a great time and ended up taking third place which was pretty good for us old ladies playing against a bunch current college teams and players.
While I was gone for the weekend Daddy took the girls up yellow fork for a hike.
We met our friends Sarah and Blake in their green court for a picnic and bike ride.
Kaelyn getting her hair chopped off to keep the snarls down to a minimum.
Jaymi at her cheer end of year banquet. She was on the edge of her seat the whole night waiting for her turn to go up and get her award.
Two of my cute fellow Down Syndrome mothers went on a local television show to talk about our experience with our kids. It was a lot of fun, I'm so lucky to have so many wonderful friends in my life because of my girls.
I heard about a friend that cut and donated her daughters long beautiful hair and I thought it was probably time to do that for Jaymi. She loves her long hair and so do I, but she doesn't love getting the tangles brushed out. It will also be an easier hairstyle for this summer and we can grow it out again.
We are lucky to have a friend that can cut our hair whenever we need her to.
We donated it to http://www.childrenwithhairloss.us/
She was excited to have the same haircut as her best friend Mia.
The girls had ballet pictures, I love that they are in the same class. I love that Jaymi gets to do something that her homeland is world famous for.
