Well the word is out, we have started telling everyone that we are coming for you. We pray every night that you are kept safe until we get to you. That everything will work out. Every time we start to get overwhelmed with all there is to do before we get to bring you home, we just say, "she is our daughter, she is a child of God and she is worth it, no matter the cost, she is worth it". We love you and can't wait till we get to be with you.
Love Mommy, Daddy, Kaelyn and Bryn
Your Forever Family
Lucky lucky girl :) Congratulations.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, I can't figure out how to comment here, must be my old eyes and the tears welling up in them, so this comes as a reply to Kristen's comment ... who by the way I love and love that precious Max and geesh, I really NEED to get to Utah, don't I!!

What an absolute joy it was to see "Victoria" move to the My Family Found Me and now seeing who will be her family. Although the newer photos of her are gorgeous, it was one of the older photos that made me fall in love with her. She had on a red shirt, and two big red bows in her pigtails. I never could figure out how no one could see her and not pick her. I am so, so glad that she has been found and wish you luck in your journey to get her home!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are so amazing. I am very happy to get the chance to follow your journey!

Can't wait to follow this adoption. It has a very special place in my heart. As Victoria's warrior since last Easter, I've prayed long and hard for her to find the perfect family and God has provided that family.
ReplyDeleteCheryl told me about this when I was visiting the other day and WAHOO! I am so excited for you! Congratulations! She is beautiful! I hope it all goes smoothly! Much love!
ReplyDeleteIn November, our youth pastor (my son) asked me to put together a presentation for this January in order to make our youth and their families aware of the plight of special needs orphans in EE. I made prayer cards with a picture and the verse James 1:27, and 33 orphans were "adopted" in the heart of our church family with a commitment to pray...sweet Victoria was one of them. By the time I had assembled the prayer cards, your little angel was already on the MFFM page, and the family who chose to commit to pray for her was ecstatic! Just wanted you to know that a family with two teenage daughters will be praying your sweet girl all the way home. God is so good...you have two girls (well, soon 3!), this family has two girls...all praying for little Victoria. I can't wait to show them your blog, they will be delighted that she is coming home to your sweet family. Praying all goes smoothly and you can get to her quickly!
ReplyDeleteOur family has been praying for Victoria since last April. We are so happy her family found her!! Your family will be in our prayers as you continue your journey to bring that precious girl home!
